All wildlife articles brought to EZ Beetles, LLC must have been obtained or harvested in a legal and lawful manner. They must have appropriate tags or permits to be accepted. Customers need to bring the following information:

Provide the kind and number of each article of wildlife.

The name and residence of the owner of each wildlife article.

If shipping, the name and shipping address of the recipient, as well as all articles of wildlife shipped.
The above information will be kept for as long as the wildlife articles remain in our possession or for at least five years, whichever is longer.
There will be zero exceptions. If you do not have the above information, we will not take the articles of wildlife.

Upon dropping off the article(s) of wildlife, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before releasing the mount(s). The customer must pay the balance and pick up the mount(s) within 30 days of completion. If not picked up, a $5.00 per day, per mount, storage fee will be charged after the 30-day grace period. After 90 days, the mount(s) will be considered abandoned and become the property of EZ Beetles, LLC, regardless of the deposit paid.
EZ Beetles, LLC takes the utmost care in handling the articles of wildlife. However, in the unlikely event that the articles of wildlife are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed by fire, flooding, vandalism, act of God, or any other circumstances, within or beyond EZ Beetles, LLC’s control, EZ Beetles, LLC’s liability is limited to payments received.
Per Montana's CWD mangement law, "if the animal is transported for taxidermy or meat processing, the brain and spinal tissue must be bagged and disposed of in a Class II landfill."
